Mario Di Maio 12-Roll (6-Station) Tube Forming Machine

Mario Di Maio tube forming mill configured with six forming heads (12 rolls total across six stations) for progressive roll forming of round tube. The line includes a strip payoff arm and a strip entry guide of approximately 1" width fitted with inline slitting knives. The knives trim the incoming strip to approximately 0.750" wide and condition the strip edges to produce a clean, consistent edge for proper forming and downstream welding. The strip then passes through the six-station forming train, progressively shaped to approximately 6mm outside diameter tube.

Not included: Welder. The machine is equipped with a welder holder/mount at the weld station, but no welding unit (TIG, HF, or laser as applicable) is included. This machine performs roll forming and is set up to accept a weld head, but a welder is required to produce finished welded tube and is not part of this offering.

Roll tooling is configured as removed and reflects the tube size the machine was last set up to produce. Changeover to other tube sizes or profiles would require appropriate tooling.

This machine was taken from service in operating condition to the best of our knowledge. It has not been operated, tested, or verified by International Rolling Mills since removal from service.
