This ADS heavy-duty motorized recoiler (coiler) is designed for efficient strip coiling and take-up in a wide range of metal processing applications. Commonly used in rolling mills, slitters, and coil processing systems, this unit functions as a take-up reel for rewinding processed strip into tight, uniform coils while maintaining proper tension and alignment.

This unit features a nominal 15" capacity with a 16" drum width, making it well-suited for narrow to medium-width strip applications in lab, pilot, or light production environments. The recoiler is equipped with a 5 HP DC motor and 108.81:1 gearbox, providing high torque and controlled winding performance across a range of operating conditions.

Also installed is a pneumatic overarm separator, which assists in maintaining coil stability and strip alignment during the recoiling process—particularly beneficial for lighter gauge materials or applications requiring consistent tracking and coil quality.
