In addition to our line of new equipment, we carry an inventory of the finest American made, totally reconditioned, rolling mills and slitters with brand names such as Fenn, Ruesch, Stanat, Waterbury Farrrel, etc.

All of these machines can be customized to your specific production needs and are backed by the latest available technology and over 30 years of experience.

International Rolling Mills, Inc. has been founded more than 25 years ago in Pawtucket, RI, USA primarily to supply technology in the many uses of rolling mills and related support equipment.

International Rolling Mills's experience is derived from manufacturing clad metals used in the electronic, semiconductors, connectors and other types of engineered materials. These processes require rolling (calendar) mills which are engineered to produce the best results for each particular application.

International Rolling Mills is now working to supply the best method to compact all forms of powder on a substrate, primarily for the new age of battery plates. Knowing the importance of close tolerances on thickness and density, we have engineered a much more reliable rolling mill unlike any other ordinary rolling mill on the market today to provide greater accuracy throughout the entire length and from edge to edge of the strip. We have mills that start with a separating force in the 150 ton range and will do 4" wide material but we can also provide larger mills that will supply more tonnage and process wider material.

Our design allows us to build a mill that is very compact for its capacity.

Support equipment is also available such as uncoilers, recoilers, feed tables, etc.

In addition to the rolling mills and support equipment, we have built the most accurate slitter to slit strips of coated materials, burr free and to close tolerances from overall thickness of .002" and up to .035".
