Lab Mills

This is a large lab mill which we can motorize with a I HP DC variable speed motor connected to a reducer to achieve from 0.30 RPM. The power is 110 volts. The separating force of the mill is approximately 20,000 PSI.

This is a large lab mill which we can motorize with 1-1.5HP DC motor connected to a reducer to achieve from 0-30 FPM. The power is 110v. The separating force of the mill is approximately 25,000 PSI. The mill and drive are mounted on a 1" thick aluminum plate complete with all electrics and controls. The mill can be equipped with entry and exit tables. The mill can also be equipped with heated rolls delivering 0-450 degrees f.

Machine is equipped with high precision roller bearings. Mounted on 1 aluminum plate 1" thick x 10" wide x 24" long. Equipped with 1 HP DC forward and reversing gear reducer; 110v.

Rolls are chrome plated and rotate on precision bronze bearings with cleanining pad assembly. Also equipped with air pay off with 3" diameter mandrels. Recoiler with air clutch also with 3 inch mandrel. Mill will have coils.

Mill will be supplied with emergency stop bars on entry and exit of mill. The roll adjustments are side wheel adjustment are side wheel adjustable. They are adjusted from the side of the mill for convenience not from the top. They are adjustable idependently or simultaneously. Also the rolls can be water cooled or cartridge heated.

Mill has 7.5 HP motor 220 three pahse.

Variable speed from 0-30 feet per minute.
