Hot Lab Rolling Mill with Inline Push through Preheating Oven

The rolls rotate on precision bronze bearings and are simultaneously driven by a pinion stand. The roll height is adjustable independently or simultaneously through a side-wheel screw down assembly. There are entry and exit tables with adjustable guides installed on the entry table. The AC tech inverter is designed for variable speed with forward, reverse, and dynamic breaking. Emergency stop bars will be installed on entry and exit of mill. In addition, all controls are in a centrally located operating station. Each roll temperature is independently administered by a Watlow controller, which can be controlled up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit .

Lastly, a push rod is supplied to help push the material in and out of the oven.

LAB ROLLING MILL ON A BASE

Both rolls are driven by a heavy-duty pinion stand. The roll position is adjustable either independently or simultaneously. Powered by a 5 HP DC motor, the separating force of the mill is approximately 40,000LBS. This motor has a variable speed programmable AC tech drive allowing the mill to have a forward and reverse. In addition, the mill is equipped with Lexan guards, emergency stop bus on entry and exit tables.

This large lab mill on a base is powered with a 110 volt, 1 HP DC variable speed motor connected to a reducer to achieve 0 to 30 RPM. The separating force of the mill is approximately 20,000 LBS. The mill and drive are mounted on a steel base complete with all electrics and controls. This mill can be equipped with entry and exit tables.

IRM Lab Mill Bench Model With Optional Heated Rolls

0-17 RPM. The separating force of the mill is approximately 25,000 LBS. The mill and drive are mounted on a 1" thick aluminum plate complete with all electrics and controls. The mill can be equipped with entry and exit tables. In addition, it can also be equipped with heated rolls delivering 0-600 degrees F. Rolls are adjustable independently or simultaneously; adjustment knobs are equipped with indicators.

IRM Carbide Wire Flattening Mill

This machine is equipped with high precision SKF German roller bearings and mounted on an aluminum plate 1" thick x 10" wide x 24" long. Furthermore, it is equipped with 110 volt, 1 HP DC forward and reversing and connected to a reducer to achieve 0 to 30 RPM. The speed can be adjusted to customer spec.

IRM Model 20050

The rolls are chrome plated and rotate on precision bronze bearings with cleaning pad assembly. In addition, they also have air pay off with 3" diameter mandrels and a re-coiler with an air clutch and a 3" mandrel.

Each mill of this model is supplied with emergency stop bars on the entry and exit of mill. The roll adjustments are side wheel adjustable. The separating force is approximately 75,000 lbs LBS. Also, the rolls can be water-cooled or heated.
